People are the life's blood of all projects and organizations and our ability to connect with people is a critical part of our overall success. Given that one of the major concerns of Project Managers is that they have all the accountability but no authority, the power to influence can become crucial to success.  Networking concepts will be presented to assist in the development of the individuals influence with a group of stakeholders built upon a proper set of values and principles that will create a long lasting network of allies.
