Section Management Plan
2009 – 2010
Edmonton section executive volunteers have participated in strategic planning sessions. These sessions consist of brainstorming, discussing, and forming a plan for the short and long terms. Working within the framework of the strategic plan for the national ASQ, four section objectives have been used:

For each objective, the executive has identified measurable goals and a set of activities to achieve success measures within the desired timeline. The Edmonton section is proud to have Doina Varzura as our SMP chair for 2009-2010.
