As the Founder of ProSolve, an operations management consulting and engineering practice since 1987, David has dedicated his service for people and organizations to their improvements in productivity and quality of life.  Through the application of Quality, using training and effective organizational change methods, David has developed, implemented, audited and improved many management systems in a broad cross-section of product and service industries.  This has led organizations into sustainable cultural change.

He has designed or re-designed organizations and improved management systems for grassroots, growing and mature organizations with 10 to 2,500 employees or more.  The significant results and benefits experienced by ProSolve’s clients have led to growth and expansion of many operations and have often allowed clients, business owners and managers to increase profitability and reap the rewards from many years of hard work.

David has trained thousands of people in understanding Quality, Lean and Continual Improvement.  As a consultant and Lead Auditor, he has evaluated quality and environmental management systems for many years in Canada and internationally, usually leading to performance and productivity improvements.

David is a member and past Councillor of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), a Fellow of Engineers Canada, and an Honorary Fellow of Geoscientists Canada.  He has held a membership in the American Society for Quality (ASQ) since 1989.

Darryl Logan is a Certified Engineering Technologist and holds an IRCA designation as both a Lead and Principal Auditor for Quality Management Systems.  Mr. Logan has over two decades of ISO 9001 and API Q1 standards/policy consulting experience, in which he has conducted more than 1500 ISO Audits and 300 API Audits.  This expertise, as well as his ability to assist clients obtain their objectives and potential QMS needs, has positioned Mr. Logan to add significant value to many organizations.  He has advised and been a facilitator for many companies navigating through the implementation of a quality management system and continuous improvement.  Mr. Logan’s comprehensive experience has allowed many people to gain valuable knowledge into the extensive policies, procedures and requirements of both the American Petroleum Institute and ISO 9001.

Sandra Marin - Sandra Marin Inc.

Sandra brings to her professional practice over 25 years of leadership experience in Sales, Client Relationship and Human Resource Management. She has inspired others while managing vision and purpose, and driving for results. Industry experience includes consumer products, market research, retail, post-secondary, utilities and government. Sandra is passionate about creating sustainable workplaces through positive, productive and effective relationships. Having firsthand business and leadership experience makes Sandra unique amongst coaches and consultants. She is particularly aware of and sensitive to the many challenges and competing priorities faced by her clients. Known as an active thought partner with a keen sense of humour, and an eye for the less obvious. Quickly develops rapport with individuals at all levels and supports them as they work towards their own goal achievement.
